Before flying into Kano, President Buhari had earlier on Friday morning visited Yola in Adamawa State on a condolence visit to the family of the late Ahmed Joda as well as the government and people of the state.

The presidential/royal wedding taking place in the ancient city of Kano between Yusuf and Zahra has already attracted a lot of dignitaries and personalities from within and outside Nigeria.

Buhari’s son is set to tie the knot with his heartrob Zahra, daughter of Alhaji Nasir Bayero, Emir of Bichi.

Naija News gathered that the vice president arrived in Bichi on Friday alongside Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano.

In a post on his social media handle, Femi Fani-Kayode revealed that he had joined other notable dignitaries in storming the ancient city of Kano for the wedding.

Fani-Kayode was seen alongside Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno, Governor Bello Matawalle of Zamfara, the Minister of Communication and Digital economy, Isa Pantami among other eminent Nigerians.
