Chidinma In Court Over Alleged Murder Of Super TV boss

The prime suspect in the murder of Super TV CEO, Usifo Ataga, Chidinma Ojukwu, has been arraigned before the Yaba Magistrate Court in Lagos State.

It was gathered that the 21-year-old suspect will be arraigned in the court with two other suspects in the case.

Recall that Usifo was found dead with multiple stabs at a short let apartment on Adebowale Oshin Street, Lekki Phase I where he had checked in Chidinma.

Chidinma was apprehended by the Lagos State Police Command on June 23 in her father’s house in Yaba and paraded at the police headquarters in Ikeja.

The prime suspect confessed to stabbing Usifo with a knife under the influence of alcohol and withdrawing N380,000 from the victim’s account with his ATM card.

She, however, denied her earlier statement in a video, absolving herself from the murder.

Usifo was buried on July 30 in a burial which was attended by his family members, including his wife, and friends.
