Jose Mourinho Reveals Club He Will Coach Next Season

New Roma coach, Jose Mourinho has made 33-year-old goalkeeper, Rui Patricio his first signing at the Italian club.

Patricio joined Roma from Premier League club, Wolves for a fee believed to be for an initial £9.8million.

The deal was confirmed by Wolves on Tuesday evening.

“Roma is a big club and a new challenge, and I’m excited to try and help the club achieve its targets.

“In Jose Mourinho we are talking about one of the greatest coaches in the world and I am excited to start working with him and doing everything I can to help the team,” Patricio told Roma’s official website.

Patricio moved to Wolves in 2018, after asking to leave Sporting Lisbon, following an attack on the training ground by fans but has now pitched his tent with the Italian club under Mourinho.

Meanwhile, more than 100,000 people have signed a change.org petition, demanding that the Euro 2020 final between England and Italy be replayed over perceived bias.

Italy was crowned champions of the Euro 2020 competition after thrashing England 3-2 in a penalty shootout.

However, there were oppositions and alleged unfairness in the officiating of the final.
