Video: A Group Of Police Officers Cry Out Over Unpaid Allowances

Some officers of the Nigerian Police Force, Counter Terrorism Unit have come out boldly to lament their unpaid allowances.

In a video now viral on the internet, the security personnel were seen showing displeasure over the refusal of the government to pay their allowance and as well repost them for over 7 months.

Naija News understands from the clip that the officers were deployed to Kastina state in January and the special duty was supposed to last for just 3 months.

However, they have now been there for 7 months and have allegedly not received a token.

“No allowance, no market,” so an officer was heard chanting in the video clip. The officer who serves as a mouthpiece for other personnel requested to see the governor of Katsina state Aminu Bello Masari, and the Commissioner of Police.
