Sunday Igboho: Yoruba Nation Agitators To Hold Protest In Ibadan

Some Yoruba Nation agitators have announced plans to hold a protest on Wednesday to condemn the recent invasion of the residence of Sunday Igboho by security operatives.

The protest will start from Soka and head out to other areas of Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, Naija News understands.

According to the media aide of Igboho, Olayomi Koiki, they have been holding peaceful rallies before security operatives decided to invade the Ibadan residence of Igboho but this time around, a protest is what they want to do.

He noted that various groups in Yorubaland will join the protest.

“By Wednesday morning in Ibadan from Soka, Yoruba Nation agitators are to assemble at Ibadan for a protest as regards the recent development that has to do with Chief Sunday Igboho and other agitators

“The Protest will head out from Soka. There will be a protest. Rally is what we have been doing, this time around we are doing a protest,” he said in a video on Wednesday.

Naija News recalls operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) confirmed that they are responsible for the midnight raid of the Soka, Ibadan residence of Yoruba Nation Agitator, Sunday Adeyemo aka Sunday Igboho.
