Coutinho linked with Rodgers reunion

Philippe Coutinho may join forces with Brendan Rodgers once again with Leicester weighing up a bid for the Barcelona playmaker, according to reports in Spain.

Coutinho, 29, was one of Rodgers’ first signings as Reds manager, arriving in January 2013 from Inter Milan for £8.5million. The Brazilian flourished under Rodgers until his sacking in October 2015 and was equally impressive under the Northern Irishman’s replacement, Jurgen Klopp, before joining Barcelona in January 2018.
