Oyo House Of Rep Speaker, Ogundoyin Donates 15 Motorcycles To Amotekun, OPC In Ibarapa

Speaker of the Oyo state House of Assembly, Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin has donated motorcycles to local security outfits in the Ibarapa East, Central and North Local governments.

The lawmaker commended the efforts of the security outfits for their fight against unfortunate rising insecurity in the region.

Naija News understands that the motorcycles were meant for use by the Operation Amotekun corps, OPC, Vigilantes, and local hunters in the community.

Ogundoyin said the motorcycles were provisioned for to improve their mobility and enhance their operation as they continue to complement the efforts of the Nigerian Police and other security agencies in securing lives, properties and territories from bandits and criminals.

He said: “As part of our swift measure to end the unfortunate tread of insecurity in Ibarapaland, today I donated fifteen motorcycles to our indigenous security bodies (Amotekun, OPC, Vigilantes, Local Hunters etc) in Ibarapa East, Central and North Local governments.

“This is to improve their mobility and enhance their operation as they continue to complement the efforts of the Nigerian Police and other security agencies in securing lives, properties and our territories from bandits and criminals.

“As they volunteer to sacrifice their sleep, time, sweat and resources for the sake of our communities, we shall support them with all to make the task a reality.
