Buhari Receives First Ever Made-in-Nigeria Smartphone [Photos]

President Muhammadu Buhari has received the first ever Made-in-Nigeria mobile phone amid the suspension of Twitter in the country.

The President received the mobile device at a virtual Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting held inside the State House, Abuja on Wednesday.

The device was presented to the President by the Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Otunba Niyi Adebayo, before the commencement of the FEC meeting.

Also present at the meeting was Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo; Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Boss Mustapha; Chief of Staff to the President, Ibrahim Gambari; National Security Adviser (NSA), Babagana Monguno; Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, Minister for Information, Lai Mohammed, and Finance Minister, Zainab Ahmed.
