Sultan Of Sokoto Speaks On Scrapping NYSC

The Sultan of Sokoto, Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar, on Monday, noted that people calling for the scrapping of the National Youth Service Corps scheme does not mean well for Nigeria.

The monarch stated this in his palace, when the Batch A, Stream 2 corps members currently undergoing orientation exercise paid him a courtesy visit.

Uzodinma Says Gulak’s Killing Was Political, Denies Attack On His Convoy

Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo State has claimed that the assassination of a former political aide to Goodluck Jonathan, Ahmed Gulak, as ‘Political’.

Naija News had reported how Gulak was killed in the early hours of Sunday shortly after he left his hotel and was said to heading to the Sam Mbakwe airport to connect with a flight back to his destination.
