Chelsea won the UEFA Champions League, beating Manchester City in the final.

Chelsea scored the only goal of the game through Kai Havertz in the 42nd minute before half-time.

Chelsea’s victory on Saturday saw them win the competition for the second time in their history.

Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has made history at the club, taking over in January after Chelsea sacked Frank Lampard.

It was also the third time Chelsea had beaten Manchester City, including a victory in the FA Cup semi-final.

Chelsea is now the European champions with a shock 1-0 victory over Manchester City.

However, Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne was injured in the 56th minute for a collision with Chelsea defender Rudiger.

De Bruyne’s injury has left the Manchester City midfielder with a hamstring injury.
