Deji Adeyanju Questions Shekau, Chief Of Army Staff’s Death Within 24 Hours

The convener of Concerned Nigerians, Deji Adeyanju, has reacted to the death of the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen Ibrahim Attahiru.

The human right activist questioned the death of Attahiru 24 hours after the leader of the Boko Haram sect, Abubakar Shekau was reported dead.

There are reports that Boko Haram leader was injured while attempting to kill himself to avoid being captured by Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) loyal to the Islamic State (ISIS)

It was also reported that the terrorists died by blowing up himself with a suicide vest.

Naija News had earlier reported that the Chief of Army Staff, Ibrahim Attahiru, died in a military plane crash that occurred in Kaduna State.

The incident occurred on Friday at the Kaduna International Airport according to military sources.

Adeyanju in his reaction to the two incidents wondered what was going on.

He took to his Twitter account and wrote, “They said Shekau was killed yesterday. Today, the Chief of Army Staff died in a plane crash. Dear extremists in Govt, what is going on?”
