The General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor E.A. Adeboye, has likened his late son, Dare, a champion and a seed sown, urging the masses to produce champions like him rather than cry about his death.

Naija News recalls that, Pastor Dare died in his sleep on Wednesday in his home in Eket, Akwa Ibom State.

However, speaking this morning, Adeboye said: “ We have lost a champion, you will agree with me on that, but then let us consider him a seed that we have sown, and let’s get ready for a very, very special harvest.”

He also added; ”The bible says, the reason God sowed the lord Jesus Christ as a seed, is so that he can become the first born of many bethern. I want us to join our forces together and produce many champions like Damilanre, let’s produce thousands of pastor, D, that would go round the whole world and shake the world for the lord Jesus Christ. As a matter of fact, that’s how we can really honour him and honour his memory. Cry if you wish to, but don’t cry for pastor D because he is resting in glory. Cry because you are the one still fighting the battle but then fight courageously because on the resurrection month, we shall meet again.

The clergyman also thank everyone for their show of love, adding that the member of the public should keep their prayers coming.
