President Muhamadu Buhari has been re-energized to continue to deliver the developmental projects and policies of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to Nigerians after his London medical trip.

This position was revealed by the National Secretary of the party’s Caretaker and Extra-ordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC), Sen. John Akpanudoedehe.

Akpanudoedehe in a statement on Friday said with the President’s return to Nigeria after two weeks medical visit to London, Nigerians can expect more delivery of ‘next level’ promises.

The APC Chieftain who expressed joy on Buhari’s safe return noted in his statement that: “Mr president is undoubtedly re-energized and recommitted to executing the lofty developmental objectives of the APC-led administration.”

It will be recalled as previously reported by Naija News that President Buhari returned to Nigeria on Thursday after a two-week medical trip to London, the United Kingdom.

The Nigerian leader arrived at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja at about 4.45 p.m.

Those at the airport to welcome him included the Chief of Staff to the President, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari; Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Malam Muhammed Bello and the National Security Adviser to the President retired Maj.-Gen. Babagana Monguno.

Others were the Service Chiefs, acting Inspector General of Police, Usman Baba, the Director-General, National Intelligence Agency (NIA), Ahmed Rufa’i, the Director-General of the Department of State Services, Yusuf Bichi, and other presidential aides.

The President, after a brief welcoming ceremony at the airport, boarded a presidential helicopter that conveyed him to the Presidential Villa.

Meanwhile,

National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has declared that he is not responsible for the bags of rice depicting his face currently being distributed in some states in the northern part of the country.

Tinubu in a statement on Thursday evening through his media team noted that he has become aware of the rice distribution with his face emblazoned on the bags, but he is not the one behind the initiative.

The APC chieftain, however, commended those behind the initiative noting that their acts of charity particularly in the holy month of Ramadan are highly appreciated.
