Former Minister of Aviation Femi Fani-Kayode has berated Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State over comments credited to him concerning Igbo and Yoruba.

President Muhammadu Buhari-led government, on Wednesday, reassured parents of schoolgirls of Government Girls Secondary School, Chibok, Borno State, abducted by Boko Haram in 2014 that they remain on the minds of the government.

The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, in a statement, noted that the government is working on securing the release of the schoolgirls.

You Lied – FG Replies Obaseki On Printing Of N60bn For Allocation Sharing

The Federal Government of Nigeria on Wednesday replied Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki over his claims that Nigeria is broke and the government had to print an additional N60bn to augment March allocation to States.

The Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning, Zainab Ahmed who spoke to state house correspondents after the weekly Federal Executive Council (FEC) Meeting said the claim by Obaseki is a lie.
