Biafra: Nigerian Army Had Plan To Terminate Nnamdi Kanu’s Life – Abia court

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has alleged that the Nigerian Army has deployed over 200 soldiers to Nsukka and Ebonyi State.

Naija News reports that the pro-Biafra activist made this allegation in a post on his Twitter page on Sunday night.

According to the IPOB leader, the soldiers stormed the state in civilian Hiace buses & an Army vehicle mounted with a machine gun.

However, Nnamdi Kanu, who is wanted by the Nigerian government, warned that it would be the ‘last’ operation of the soldiers if they are in the state to attack and kill Igbo people.

Nnamdi Kanu wrote: “RED ALERT: Our Intels indicate that about 200 soldiers are enroute to Nsukka & Ebonyi in civilian Hiace buses and an Army vehicle mounted with machine gun.

“If they’re going there to confront killer herdsmen, that’s ok.

“But if it’s to massacre Biafrans, that will be their last.”

Recall that the Nigerian military last week engaged in a gun battle with operatives of the Eastern Security Network in Nsukka town of Enugu State.

According to SaharaReporters, there has been tension in some parts of the town.

It was gathered that troops took the battle to the suspected ESN operatives in their hideout.

According to the source, many people have abandoned their houses and fled to neighbouring communities.

“Soldiers of the Nigerian Army are currently locked in a gun battle with ESN boys in Nsukka. They have been clashing since yesterday evening and some parts of the town are still tense. Heavy shooting presently going on,” he stated.
