Omokri said while Jonathan was able to defeat Boko Haram, the insurgents had a field day during Buhari’s administration.

Former presidential media aide during the administration of ex-president Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri has threatened to expose the London hospital where President Muhammadu Buhari is currently receiving treatment.

Omokri made the threat in a Twitter post where he boasted that he knows the exact location and address of the hospital where President Buhari will visit on Monday for his medical check-up.

He wrote on Twitter: “I am just wondering. Should I post the address of the clinic General @MBuhari
plans to visit on Monday and extend #HarassBuhariOutofLondon there? What do you think?”

Omokri in later tweets however said some Nigerians are appealing to him not to reveal the address but respect the privacy of Mr. President.

The former presidential aide recently led a protest in the UK on Friday after he and some others took it upon themselves to demand President Muhammadu Buhari be made to return to Abuja immediately, Naija News recalls.

The people who stormed Abuja house located at number 2, Campden Hill, Kensington, London demanded for President Muhammadu Buhari’s repatriation.

In more recent tweets where he explained why he didn’t support the decision of President Buhari to seek medical check up in the UK, Omokri explained that “If UK doctors are on strike, will @MBuhari travel there for medical tourism? So why has he left Nigeria when our doctors are on strike? Because he only cares about his and his family’s health and the rest of us can take a hike. That is why #HarassBuhariOutofLondon is important.”

President Buhari who on Tuesday afternoon, departed the shores of Nigeria for London, the United Kingdom through the Abuja International Airport.

The President departed the country in one of the jets available in the presidential fleet, Naija News understands.

Buhari is not expected back in the country until the second week in April according to an earlier statement by his spokesperson, Femi Adesina on Monday when he announced the president’s trip to Nigerians.

Meanwhile, the Minister of Labour, Dr. Chris Ngige has threatened to invoke some labour laws against the striking resident doctors if they refuse to end their strike.

He said he would invite them back for a negotiation on Tuesday but if they remain adamant after that, the no-work-no-pay rule can be engaged.

He made the declaration on Friday when he appeared as a guest on Channels Television Politics Today.
