Former minister of Aviation Femi Fani-Kayode has revealed why he paid a visit to popular Yoruba activist Sunday Igboho at his Soka, Ibadan residence.

Herdsmen: Allow Farmers Carry AK-47 Too – Fani-Kayode Tackles Bauchi Governor

Former Minister of Culture and Tourism Femi Fani-Kayode has asked the government to allow farmers to carry AK-47 rifles to protect themselves from killer Fulani herdsmen and other criminals.

Recall that Bala Mohammed had said Fulani herdsmen carry firearms to protect themselves against cattle rustlers who attack, kill and take away their possessions.

Miyetti Allah Supports Bauchi Gov On Use Of AK-47 By Herdsmen, Blasts Ortom, Akeredolu

The Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN) has declared support for the statement credited to Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed supporting the use of AK47 guns by herdsmen.

It will be recalled that Governor Mohammed had submitted that the herdsmen only carry the guns and needed them to defend themselves against cattle rustlers who attack, kill and take away their possessions.
