The Governor of Niger State, Abubakar Bello, is set to address newsmen about the speculation surrounding the release of the abducted students, staff, and other persons from the Government Science Secondary School, Kagara.

There had been speculations that the bandits have released the students and staff of the government school who were abducted in the early hours of Wednesday.

The spokesperson to the Niger State Governor, Mary Noel-Berje who spoke with Channels TV, noted that the state Governor would be briefing journalists by 11 am today (Friday)

She further stated that the development surrounding the release of the students and staff cannot be treated as a matter of speculation.
