INEC Chairman’s CSO Promoted To Deputy Superintendent Of Police

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has confirmed the promotion of Mr Sanusi Mohammed Galadima to Deputy Superintendent of Police.

Naija News understands that the Chief Security Officer (CSO) to the INEC Chairman was elevated from Assistant Superintendent of Police to the DSP.

The development was revealed on the official Twitter handle of the Nigeria electoral body on Thursday morning, February 11, Naija News reports.

The confirmation reads: “The Chief Security Officer (CSO) to the INEC Chairman, Mr Sanusi Mohammed Galadima was on 9th February promoted from Assistant Superintendent of Police to Deputy Superintendent of Police.”

Meanwhile, the Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, on Tuesday said since 2019, 141,391 officers and men of the force have been promoted across all ranks.
Adamu disclosed this during the decoration of 18 CPs and AIGs, including AIG Habu Sani and Dasuki Galdanci, Naija News reports.
