A yet to be identified young man has reportedly killed himself while evading arrest by officials of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC on Thursday morning, at 1004 Estate in Lagos.

It was gathered that men of the Nigeria anti-graft agency in their bid to arrest some suspected fraudsters, stormed the area this morning knocking from one apartment to the other, and if denied access, would break into the apartment.

An eyewitness revealed that the young man jumped off from the 6th floor of the Estate before the security men could get to him.

Though information about the incident remains sceptical, an amateur video shared show some officials of the EFCC heavily armed chasing some persons around. A gunshot could also be heard in the barely 20 seconds video clip.
