Kaduna State All Progressives Congress (APC) stakeholders have been petitioned to make financial sacrifice towards party membership registration and revalidation exercise ongoing across the nation.

Naija News understands that the call was made by Dr Hadiza Balarabe, Governor Nasir El-Rufai’s deputy.

Speaking on Sunday, January 31 at the Southern Kaduna APC stakeholders’ engagement committee meeting in Kafanchan, Balarabe urged the stakeholders not to abandon the financial burden of the exercise to the government.

She noted that the exercise demands a huge sum of money, and thereby encouraged the stakeholders to take advantage of the contribution as such would give them a sense of belonging while still in the party.

She said: “I want to call on every stakeholder to make sacrifices financially and otherwise towards the success of this important exercise that we have coming up,”

“Government alone cannot be left to cover the cost of this all-important assignment, so we must individually do our bit for this party that we love so much,” the deputy governor added.

She explained further that APC possesses great ideas to catapult the affairs of the nation, adding that the registration would help reposition it for more exploits.
