Stranded Nigerians Evacuated From Saudi Arabia Reject Quarantine (Video)

The second batch of 419 Nigerians evacuated from the kingdom of Saudi Arabia has rejected the plan to quarantine them in line with the COVID-19 guidelines.

The returnees who touched down at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport on Friday noon are seeing engaging officials of the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria in a heated argument.

The returnees who include 126 men and 293 females, including children, arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport onboard Saudi Arabia Airline SV-3413 at exactly 11:57 a.m.

The returnees were received at the airport by officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and officials of the Nigerian in Disapora Commission (NIDCOM).

The first batch of 348 stranded Nigerians in Saudi Arabia arrived in Abuja on Thursday and are believed to be undergoing 14-day quarantine.
