Recall that Justice John Tsoho of the Federal High Court, Abuja, had, in 2018, dismissed the suit on the grounds that the plaintiffs, Mr Michael Elokun, Mrs Hawa Audi and Mr Ibrahim Sule had no business instituting the case.
