Zlatan Under ‘Attack’ Over ‘Offensive’ Christmas Photo

Swedish professional footballer, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has come under attack on social media for posting a derogatory ‘Merry Chriztmaz’ photo.

Naija News understands that the 39-year-old Serie A club A.C. Milan forward on Friday, December 25 took to his verified Twitter account to share a Santa-like photo with his middle finger up.

Wikipedia explained the middle finger as an obscene hand gesture. The gesture communicates moderate to extreme contempt and is roughly equivalent in meaning to “fuck me”, “fuck you”, “shove it up your ass/arse”, “up yours” or “go.

The post by Ibrahimovic stirred reactions on social media as netizens condemned the player, berating the act considering his age football career.
