Singer, Simi Rewards Woman With N200k After Praising Her Husband For Buying Christmas Chicken

Nigerian singer, songwriter and actress, Simisola Kosoko, better known as Simi has rewarded a Nigerian woman with N200,000 after appreciating her husband on social media for buying a chicken to celebrate Christmas with.

The woman whose name is identified as Aribisala Blessing, took to Twitter on Thursday, December 24 to tag her husband as the ‘best husband’ in the whole Universe’ after he returned home with a chicken for the family to slaughter for Christmas.

Naija News understands that Blessing appreciated her husband and prayed to God to prosper his ways and answer all his secrete prayers.

Sharing photos of herself treating the chicken, Blessing wrote; ”My husband is d best husband in d hole universe, he brought dis home dis morning. First Christmas festival as Mrs. My one and only may God prosper ur way and answer all ur silent prayer as u always make me happy. Thank u very much my darling husband.”

Simi who was moved with the woman’s appreciative act, asked her to send her account details so she can forward N200,000 to her.

The singer revealed that the money was donated to her for her cancelled programme but wished to send Blessing the money after agreeing with the donor of the money.

She said: “Someone had sent 200k as a donation for #aSmileForChristmas before I had announced it wouldn’t be holding this year. I was going to send it back, but just asked now if it would be okay to send it to you instead. He said yes. So Merry Christmas love.”
