Former Nigerian Presidential aide, Reno Omokri has taken to his Twitter page to tempt Presidential aide, Garba Shehu with $20,000 as a reward for a challenge.

Naija News understands that the book writer took to the microblogging platform today, December 23 to challenge the Senior Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari to spend a night at two communities of Borno and Sokoto State without security men.

Reno offered Shehu the sum of 20,000 United States Dollars to be paid to him by Dele Momodu if he could dare to spend a night either in Kware in Sokoto State or Koshobe in Borno State.

Naija News understands that Reno’s challenge follows a claim by Shehu that President Buhari has secured Nigeria.

He tweeted: “I Vow To Pay Garba Shehu $20,000 If He Will Spend a Night in Either Kware or Koshobe To Prove His Claim That #Buhari Has Secured Nigeria. The Money Will Be Paid To The Umpire, Chief Dele Momodu.”

Meanwhile, the National Assembly has been called on by a chieftain of the New Nigerian Peoples Party, Olusegun Bamgbose, to amend the Constitution to provide for the recall of the President by those who voted for him.

Naija News reports that the Lagos lawyer noted that with the attitude of the Federal Government towards insecurity in the country, there is a need to amend the constitution.
