DHQ Denies Military Negotiating With Katsina Schoolboys Abductors

The Nigerian Military has stated that it was not in negotiation with the abductors of over 333 students of the Government Science Secondary School (GSSS) in Kankara, Katsina State.

The Coordinator, Defence Media Operation, Maj. Gen. John Enenche made this known while addressing newsmen at the Army headquarters in Abuja.

Abducted Katsina Schoolboys In Zamfara Forest – Gov. Masari

Katsina State Governor, Aminu Masari, on Wednesday noted that the students of Government Science Secondary School, Kankara, abducted last Friday are in a forest in Zamfara State.

Masari while speaking with BBC Hausa on Wednesday night, said he got information that the students are in Zamfara.

Appeal Court Strike Out Sambo Dasuki’s Indictment

The Court of Appeal in Abuja has dismissed the indictment delivered against a former National Security Adviser (NSA) to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, Mallam Sambo Dasuki by the Federal High Court.

Naija News recalls that in convicting a former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) spokesperson, Olisa Metuh, for money laundering,  the Justice Okon Abang High court had indicted Dasuki.
