#EndSARS Protest Resumes In Osogbo

Youths in Osun State seems not done with the #EndSARS protest, after some protesters under the aegis of Face of #EndSARS Movement on Monday held a protest in Osogbo, the state capital.

The protesters marched through the streets of Osogbo to the Osun State House of Assembly.

Part of their request is to have an audience with the leadership of the Assembly.

The protesters led by Emmanuel Adebisi demanded good governance among other things.

In a related development, the Lagos State Police Command has threatened to shut down any form of protest in the state, and warned youths not to engage in the fresh planned protest against Police brutality.

The warning was handed down on Sunday in a statement by the spokesman of the Command, Olumuyiwa Adejobi who noted that the state can’t accommodate any form of protests as it is yet to heal from the effects of the last #EndSARS protest.
