#EndSARS: IGP Queries Force Legal Officer Over Court Case Trying To Stop Judicial Panels Of Inquiries
The Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu has issued a query to the Force Legal Officer over a court case attempting to stop judicial panels of inquiries across the states hearing alleged cases of police brutality from sitting.
The IGP has also ordered an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the suit challenging the legality of the States’ Judicial Panel of Inquiry, investigating allegations by citizens against officers of the defunct Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS).
Details Of Tinubu’s Meeting With Aregbesola, Oyetola, Akande Emerge
The details of the meeting between the National leader of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu, Osun State Governor, Gboyega Oyetola, the Minister for Interior, Rauf Aregbesola and Bisi Akande, a former National Chairman of APC has been released.
There were speculations that the meeting held behind closed-door at the residence of Akande in Ila Orangun, was to resolve the differences between Oyetola and Aregbesola.

Ibrahim Shekarau, the senator representing Kano central, on Thursday noted that President Muhammadu Buhari is breaking the law by keeping service chiefs beyond their years of service.
Nigerians and prominent individuals had called on the President to sack his service chiefs due to the level of insecurity in the country.

President Muhammadu Buhari has been described by the Northern Elders Forum as a leader without empathy who has failed to see that Nigeria has a serious problem.
Hakeem Baba Ahmed, the spokesperson of the group, stated this while speaking on Channels TV over the increasing rate of insecurity in Nigeria.
Boko Haram: Shehu Sani Reacts To Buratai’s Statement On Terrorism
The former lawmaker representing Kaduna Central senatorial district, Shehu Sani, has called out Nigerian government and the military over the statement released by the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai, claiming that insurgency and terrorism may continue in Nigeria for another 20 years.
Sani is wondering why such a statement is coming at the time the current administration had claimed victory over the insurgency.
