Interested applicants in the Nigeria Youth Investment Fund (NYIF), a programme rolled out by the Nigerian government to empower youths in the country, have been advised to direct their complaints in respect to difficulties faced on the registration site to the right authorities.

The advice was given by an unofficial microblogging site of the NYIF Scheme which provides applicants with information on the application process, Naija News understands.

The Twitter account handlers noted that it received several complaints of errors from applicants while attempting to fill in their details on the application portal.

It, however, informed them to channel their complaints to handles of government officials responsible for youth empowerment including the handle of Mr Sunday Dare, Minister of Youth and Sports Development.

The tweet reads: “Treat as urgent. Hi, we have received several complaints and error reports from your attempt to register on the NYIF portal and we are concerned and touched as well by the difficulties you face.
If you’re among the people who have faced these difficulties, kindly forward your complaints to these authorities to receive prompt actions on the problem you’re facing.

Send private messages, and where you can’t, just make your complaints on the most recent posts on these pages below.
