NCDC Records 112 New Cases of Coronavirus
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has recorded one hundred and twelve new cases of the deadly coronavirus (COVID-19).
The disease control agency made this known in a post on its official Twitter on Saturday night.
The Federal Capital Territory and Oyo State recorded the highest number of infection with 27 cases each while Bayelsa and Rivers recorded 9, Delta-7 Edo-5 Kaduna-5 Ogun-5 Anambra-3 Katsina-3 Ondo-3 Osun-3 Plateau-3 Niger-2 and Kano-1.
The 112 new cases brings the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria to 64,996.
With 61,029 discharged, the NCDC has now recorded 1,163 deaths.
