EndSARS: SWAT Learning Kung Fu? Nigerians React To Police Unit Training – [Video]

Nigerians on social media today made jokes out of a viral video showing the newly formed unit of the Nigeria Police Force SWAT undertaking some ‘tactical’ training.

Naija News understands that the Honorable Minister of Police Affairs, Alhaji Mohammad Maigari Dingyadi on Monday, November 2 inspect the SWAT training which commence earlier today.

Recall that SWAT is the new unit of the police force which replaced the disbanded Anti robbery unit of the force, SARS.

However, a video released by Channels Television following the visit of the police minister has caused a barrage of reactions on social media as Nigerians make jest of the style of training given to the officers.

Reacting to the video, one Ayemojubar [@ayemojubar] as identified on Twitter asked if Kung Fu (a popular Chinese oriented style of fight) is the headway for the police force.

Contributing to the jest making, others alleged that the SWAT may be more brutal compare to SARS considering the physical Combat training and gun handling.

On the contrary, some say the Nigerian government is a joke to have come up with the idea of giving the police officers such kind of a training.
