‘What BBNaija Winner, Laycon Did For My Sickle Nephew, Others’ – Lady Reveals

A lady identified as Bola Ekun on the microblogging site, Twitter, has openly narrated how the winner of the 2020 edition of the Big Brother Naija reality show, Laycon, saved her cousin from spending huge sum of money on her child who is a sickle cell patient.

According to Ekun while reacting to a tweet by Laycon on Sunday evening, October 25,  her cousin took her son to a sickle cell foundation in Idiaraba to get some drugs, only for them to be told to pay a small about because the celebrity had donated towards the care of sickle cell patients in the foundation.

Naija News understands that Laycon had revealed before the conclusion of the BBNaija Lockdown show that his genotype is SC.

The singer, has, however, after winning the N85million prizes from the Nigeria biggest reality show decided to give back to the community by making life easier for sickle cell patients.

Sharing Laycon’s act of charity which was done silently, Bola Ekun shared; “My cousin took her son to sickle cell foundation idiaraba to get drug for her son , she was told to pay little amount of money cos Laycon gave them money to treat SS patient. She cried and she was so happy cos her president love them. Thanks Laycon.”
