The Super Eagles of Nigeria have dropped three places in the latest ranking of footballing nations released by FIFA on Thursday.

The Eagles who were ranked 29th before, have now dropped to the 32nd position in the world after the latest ranking released by FIFA.

The Nigeria male national team also lost some ground in their African ranking dropping to the fourth position from their initial third position.

The Desert Foxes of Algeria now occupies the third position in Africa.

The latest position of the Super Eagles is not too surprising after the team lost 1-0 to Algeria and then struggled to another 1-1 draw against Tunisia in their latest friendly matches.

Meanwhile, there were no changes within the five top-ranked teams in the World as Belgium, France, Brazil, England, and Portugal all kept their places.

The next FIFA/Coca-Cola World Ranking is expected to be published on November 26.
