President Buhari Presides Over FEC Meeting Amidst Continued #EndSARS Uprising

The President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday, 21st October, 2020 presided over the weekly Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting.

The meeting, which is currently in progress as at the time of filing this report is been presided by the President from the Council Chamber of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Some cabinet members are in attendance physically while others are attending virtually from their offices.

Meanwhile, the meeting is holding amidst continued calls on President Buhari to address Nigerians over the shooting of #EndSARS protesters in Lekki, Lagos State.

After the attack on Tuesday night, the security situation has further degenerated as hoodlums on Wednesday attacked and burnt some media houses including TVC and Channels TV.

Earlier, several BRT buses were also burnt down in Lagos State, the nation’s commercial capital city.
