Finally, President Buhari Breaks Silence On #LekkiMassacre

The Nigerian Army is currently in a fix on how to evacuate the bodies of Nigerians who were massacred tonight at the Lekki toll gate.

According to a leading news platform, Peoples Gazette, the Lagos state police command rejected the remains of the Nigerians who were brutally killed in Lekki.

The news platform reported that a Nigerian Army major called a deputy police commissioner in Lagos Tuesday night, informing him of the need to take possession of the bodies and register them at the morgue.

The police however refused and asked the army to handle the depositing of the bodies at the morgue.

Naija News had earlier reported that about 10 Nigerians were massacred and many others injured on Tuesday Night after security operatives opened fire on unarmed protesters at the Lekki Toll Gate area of Lagos.

Eyebrows were raised this afternoon after some yet to be identified persons cut off the security cameras at the Lekki tollgate, the lights at the tollgate were also switched off.
