Authorities in the Nigerian capital, Abuja, have confirmed the deaths of seven people in the capital between Monday and Tuesday.

They included two people in the Appo Mechanic area and five people in Dutsen Alhaji.

Cars and public property were set on fire  by hoodlums who tried to infiltrate the protests.

Traders in the Apo mechanic area continue to quantify losses, as a result of a fire that broke out after hoodlums attacked #EndSARS protesters in their area.

But what is puzzling is that almost all of the mourners reported that it was after the protesters had gone that the hoodlums attacked them, looting and destroying property.
