Hoodlums Burn Ajeromi LG Secretariat, Loot Offices

Hoodlums have set ablaze buildings inside Ajeromi Local Government in Lagos State.

The development was confirmed by the spokesperson of the Local Government, Sheriff Fakunle.

Fakunle in his statement around 1:13pm noted that the attack is still ongoing in the premises of the secretariat.

He said, “As I am talking to you, my local government is invaded by armed thugs. Properties worth millions of naira have been vandalised. Some of these hoodlums are entering into offices, carting away properties. Buildings are burnt, cars are burnt, these boys are looting everywhere in the secretariat.”

Recall that suspected armed men earlier burnt Layeni Police Station at Ifelodun Local Council Development Area of the state.

Suspected hoodlums also burnt down the Orile Iganmu Police Station in Lagos State.
