Atiku Sends Condolence Message To Gov. Makinde Over Mother’s Death

The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the last general elections, Atiku Abubakar has sent a condolence message to Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, over the death of his mother.

Governor Makinde lost his mother in the earlier hours of Thursday.

The governor’s mother died at age 81.

The former Vice President in his statement prayed that God will comfort and strengthen the family of Governor Makinde.

Atiku in a post on his Twitter account wrote, “My heartfelt condolences to @seyiamakinde on the loss of your beloved mother. The loss of a mother comes with deep emotional pains, and I join in the prayers for you and your family to find strength and comfort in God. May her soul rest in perfect peace.”
