They Have Inferiority Complex - Sowore Slams Nigerian Leaders

Omoyele Sowore, activist and publisher of Sahara Reporters,  has opined that billionaires have been made from negotiating how to put an end to the #EndSARS protests nationwide.

Sowore made this known in a tweet today, while reacting to various reports indicating that negotiations has commenced between business leaders and some social media influencers on ways to end the #EndSARS protests.

His tweet reads “I will not be part of any negotiations regarding #ENDSARS, many have entered into these negotiations and come out of the other side becoming billionaires, to them it is a game! The only negotiation I will ever engage in is that of the surrender of our oppressors! #RevolutionNow.”

Recall that days ago, NaijaNews reported threats by the Former AAC presidential candidate and #RevolutionNow campaign leader Omoyele Sowore to stage a mass protest if the SARS unit of the Nigerian police force is not disbanded.

Sowore made the remarks in response to a call by the Inspector General of Police (IGP) banning SARS and other special forces from setting up roadside checkpoints.

Yesterday, Mohammed Adamu, the Inspector General of Police (IGP), on Tuesday set up a new tactical unit to replace the disbanded Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS).

In a statement by the Force spokesman, Frank Mba, the new unit is named Special Weapons and Tactics Team – (SWAT).

However, In a quick reaction to the introduction of a new police unit, Special Weapons and Tactics Team – (SWAT); Nigerians who are still not satisfied with the decision have started to kick against it, with the Hashtag #EndSWAT.
