Delta: SARS Allegedly Kills Man, Flees With Victim’s Car [VIDEO]

The operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad has been accused of killing a man around Wetland Hotel, Ughelli in Delta State.

Information gathered revealed that the operatives allegedly shot the young man on Saturday and left the scene.

A video spotted online shows the security agents spending off from the scene of the incident in the victim’s vehicle, a white Lexus SUV.

Nigerians at different occasions have called for an end to SARS due to their actions which have led to the death of innocent Nigerians or seen some assaulted.

Their actions led to EndSARS trend on social media platforms, this saw the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, in August 2018, direct the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Ibrahim Idris, to overhaul SARS management and activities.

The spokesperson of the Vice President, Laolu Akande, noted that the directive was released following persistent complaints and reports of human rights violations by SARS.
