NEXIT Training: FG Sends Important Message To Exited N-Power Beneficiaries

A former Presidential candidate and human rights activist, Omoyele Sowore has urged Npower Batch A and B beneficiaries to join him on October 1 #RevolutionNow mass protest he is spearheading.

Naija News recalls that the exited Batch A and B Npower beneficiaries are contesting their disengagement by the Federal Government led by President Muhammadu Buhari through protests.

This online news platform understands that the Batch A and B Npower beneficiaries exited from the N-Power scheme without being paid their stipends for the month of July and they are not also in the known regarding their exit/transition package.

Displeased with this, some of the Npower beneficiaries have poured the anger on the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, the federal department overseeing Nigeria’s social investment programmes.

However, Sowore, who appeared to be interested and also displeased with the treatment of Npower beneficiaries has taken to the micro-blogging site, Twitter to call on the affected Nigerian youths to “join the mass action” which is slated for Nigeria’s Independence Day on Thursday, October 1st, 2020.

Sowore tweeted: “Dear @npower_ng Batch “A”&”B” and Batch hunger, Batch Misery and Batch Powerless, please come out enmass on #October1stProtest come out and reclaim your country and your dignity, so that you will get real and full employment! Join the mass action #RevolutionNow.”
