COVID-19 : List Of States With New Cases Of Coronavirus, Discharged Patients And Deaths Recorded

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, on Thursday night, September 24, confirmed one hundred and twenty-five new cases of Coronavirus disease in Nigeria.

The health agency announced the newly confirmed cases on its official account on the microblogging site, Twitter, at exactly 11:23 pm on Thursday night, Naija News understands.

The development brings the overall cases of the pandemic in Nigeria to 57849, while 49098 people have been discharged from the dreaded disease. NCDC reports that Nigeria has so far recorded 1102 COVID-19 deaths from the 36 states of Nigeria, including the Federal Capital Territory.

The 125 new cases are reported from 13 states as follows: Lagos (37), Plateau (18), FCT (17), Ogun (15), Rivers (10), Benue (7), Kaduna (7), Anambra (5), Oyo (3), Cross River (2), Ondo (2), Edo (1), Imo (1)
