Super Eagles, Falcons Final 2019 FIFA Ranking Revealed (Full List)

Nigerian Super Eagles have moved up two places in this month’s Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) rankings that have been released.

Naija News learnt that the three-time African champions occupy the 29th spot in the world and third in Africa.

The Super Eagles garnered 1493 points, same as the points acquired in the last edition released in March which ranked the West Africans 31st.

Nigeria are third in Africa behind 2019 Africa Cup of Nations runner-up, Senegal, who have 1555 points and Tunisia [1506] while Algeria and Morocco are placed fourth and fifth respectively.

In the global ranking, Belgium remains the highest-ranked country in the world. France is in the second spot, while Brazil, England and Uruguay make up the top five.

The next global ranking will be released on October 22, 2020, and Nigeria will hope to improve on their current position.
