Kaduna Police Command Releases Number Of Candidates Screened For Recruitment

The Kaduna State Police Command has revealed that about 12,921 applicants have been physically screened for the 2020 recruitment exercise.

This was disclosed on Monday by the Command’s Public Relations Officer (PPRO), ASP Mohammed Jalige.

The figure represents those that have been screened as at September 5, 2020 out of the 17,000 applicants expected to undergo physical screening.

Jalige added that applicants from Kaduna North, Kaduna South, Igabi, Chikun, Zango kataf, Kachia, Kagarko, Giwa, Birnin/gwari, Kaura, Kauru, jamaa, Sanga, Sabon gari, Kajuru, Jaba Local Governments Area (LGAs) of the state have undergone the screening exercise.

“The total number of those screened is 12,921 as at Sept 5, 2020”, NAN quoted him as saying.

Those from the remaining LGAs are expected to have their screening between Monday and Tuesday, Sept. 7th and 8th.

Naija News recalls the Nigeria Police Force had earlier announced the nationwide screening of applicants who applied for recruitment into the force.

“In continuation of the ongoing recruitment of constables into the Nigeria Police Force, all candidates who successfully completed the online recruitment registration exercise are to proceed for physical and credential screening,” Force Public Relations Officer, DCP Frank Mba had noted in his statement on the exercise.
