BREAKING: Fayose Slams Atiku On National TV, Says PDP Prepared To Fail In 2023 Election

Former Governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose, has reacted to the increase in price of petrol in Nigeria.

The federal government of Nigeria through the Pipelines and Product Marketing Company (PPMC) on Wednesday increased the price of petrol in the country.

According to a memo from the PPMC on Wednesday, which was signed by D.O Abalaka, the new price of petrol in Nigeria is N151.56 per litre.

The former Governor who took to his Twitter account to react to the development wrote; “Petrol is now N151.56. The increment was made when other countries are adopting measures to reduce the effects of COVID-19 lock down on their citizens.”

“Just in case those who led the Save Nigeria protests across Nigeria during PDP govt of Jonathan are not aware. I warned.”
