I Have Been Invited To Return To The APC – Ortom

The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Nigeria has asked Benue State Governor Samuel Ortom to return back to the party in the run-up to the 2023 general elections.

Benue State Governor Samuel Ortom made the announcement after he was offered an invitation by the opposition party in his state, the APC.

Ortom made the announcement on Saturday during a PDP convention held at the Aper Aku Stadium in Makurdi, the capital of Benue.

The governor said after consulting with some of his close associates and the state branch of the PDP, he decided to reject the offer.

Ortom assured the supporters that, just as the party won in 2019, it will repeat the same feat in the 2023 election. He said the party’s success in the last general election was due to the support of its members.
