The 2020 Eid al-Adha celebration has continued to get more interesting in Nigeria as political leaders, ministers and their respective aides are fielding the social media pages with updates of how they are celebrating with family members.

Not left out in the festive display, Nigeria’s Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Isa Ali Pantami, on Friday, July 31 took to his account on the microblogging site, Twitter, to share photos of how he butchered the ram killed at his home to celebrate the month of sacrifice.

Naija News understands that Eid al-Adha is celebrated to commemorate the willingness of Ibrahim to sacrifice his son Ismael as an act of obedience to God’s command.

Demostrating the same act, Pantami in his brown Jalabiya dress on Friday shared; “The Sallah Mode! Working for the family at home. Also getting ready to eat Sallah meat in sha Allah, after a moment. May the Almighty Allah accept from all of us,…”
