Bashir Ahmad, Personal Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on New Media, has disclosed where his principal will observe the coming Eid-Al-Adha prayers.
According to Ahmad in a tweet on his micrologging account on Wednesday, July 29, President Buhari will celebrate the festive period with family in Daura, his hometown, just like he did about two months ago during the Eid El-Fitr celebration.
The presidential aide, however, stated that the celebration will be done in accordance with advisories from the Nigerian Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, NSCIA, and the presidential task force on COVID-19 to curb the spread of the dreaded pandemic across states.
