1. NAF Reveals Face Of Person Who Killed Arotile, As New Details Emerge

The identity of the person who drove the car which killed Tolulope Arotile, Nigeria’s first female combat helicopter pilot, has been revealed by the Nigerian Air Force (NAF).

Her death shocked many when it was announced by the air force.

2. President Buhari’s Minister Tests Positive For COVID-19

President Muhammadu Buhari’s Foreign Affairs Minister, Mr. Geoffrey Onyeama, has tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19).

Onyeama disclosed the result of his fourth test on his official twitter handle on Sunday.

The Minister tweeted: “Did my fourth Covid-19 test yesterday at the first sign of a throat irritation and unfortunately this time it came back positive.

3. Magu: Nigeria In A Mess – Peter Obi Berates Buhari Govt

Peter Obi, former governor of Anambra State, has said the investigation of Ibrahim Magu, former acting chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), is hurting Nigeria.

In an interview with The Sun, Obi, claimed that it was a waste of time to fight corruption as an economic policy.

Obi, a running mate to Atiku Abubakar, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate during the 2019 polls, said Nigeria and not Magu was in a mess.

4. Primate Ayodele Releases Fresh Prophecies On Buhari Govt, Corruption

Primate Elijah Ayodele of the INRI Evangelical spiritual church has revealed that corruption will discredit the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.

In fresh prophecies released on Sunday, the popular prophet warned President Buhari to take the fight against corruption seriously.

He revealed that there is corruption in the military, judiciary, CBN, NNPC and some other government agencies.

5. Gunmen Abduct Policewoman, Five Others In Kaduna

A policewoman, her daughter and four others have been abducted by suspected kidnappers at Janruwa, Patrick Yakowa way area of Kaduna State.

It was gathered that the gunmen stormed the community in the late hours of Saturday and started breaking into houses.

8. Kidnappers Release Widow of Former Edo Assembly Speaker

The widow of Zakawanu Garuba, a former speaker of Edo State House of Assembly, has regained her freedom from kidnappers.

Naija News reports that the widow alongside her driver was abducted on their way to the late Garuba’s burial on Saturday. The incident took place along the Abuja-Lokoja expressway.

The deceased’s mother, his wife and three children were conveying his remains to Edo when the incident happened.
